The reserving process is super easy and intuitive, the place and restaurant service is excellent, quite attentive and welcoming, the hotel is renovated plus the rooms are incredibly clean.

The workers is a 10, quite attentive and helpful. The foodstuff, the amenities, all the things was very good. We spent an awesome stay and the evening meal was tasty. We liked Villa Seratus. We are going to come back there!

Wonderful location, every little thing is close. Personnel are tremendous friendly and handy and speak excellent English. There are activities each and every night and it´s a fantastic way to meet people. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed everyday. Only thing was my bed for being a tiny bit squeaky but that’s pretty minor. Fantastic value for the price!
